2017 Fortified Durif

'This 2017, now fortified Durif, has rich dark flavours. It's dark, inky colour intrigued me. The spicy, plummy flavours left me in no doubt - I wanted to grow this variety and make my own wine. It took a few years to source the vines, but I am pleased to say that our small vineyard, on a gentle, north facing slope we call 'the fairway', is fulfilling my dream.
