Mr.Mick | Gela Dry Sparkling 

This wine is made predominantly from Chardonnay and Semillon grapes harvested from vineyards throughout the Northern and central parts of the Clare Valley. The wine was cold fermented for fourteen days and then secondarily fermented under pressure before bottling. This is known as the “Charmat” process for producing high quality sparkling wine.
