Can I order for a date in advance?

Of course - we love to go to the market knowing who we are buying for. You can select your delivery date on the checkout page.

How do I change an order?

Delivery Questions

What happens if no-one is home to accept delivery?

Our drivers will always do their best to complete every delivery. If no one is home, our couriers will leave the order in a safe place. If we are unable to locate the address, or get access, we will always try to reach the sender via phone and accommodate every delivery as best we can.

What happens if I provide the wrong address and delivery cannot be made?

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility if we aren't able to deliver an order due to the address provided being incorrect. We do our absolute best to come up with a resolution on the spot but sometimes this is not always possible. If your order needs to be sent the following day, we will need to re make with fresh blooms and fees do apply. We offer a discount of 50% off the original order price but please note there is a $20.00 redelivery fee to cover the courier costs.

Can I request delivery at a specific time?

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame. If the recipient won't be home, the flowers will be left in a safe place. If you need a delivery to be prior to a certain time, please place a comment in the 'notes' section during your checkout and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Can you deliver to hospitals?

We can deliver to hospitals as long as they're accepting deliveries. Please call the hospital prior to placing your order as we cannot take responsibility if the hospital doesn't accept the delivery and fees will apply to organise an alternate delivery.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery fees are based on the distance travelled & whether a courier is required, up to 5km is $12.50 and for 5-40kms from the store it's $25. The fee is calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered.

Flower Questions 

All images shown on this website are an example only. Each arrangement will be created using blooms that are available fresh from the market each week and in accordance with the seasons.

How do I look after the flowers?

Bunches: Once received, add fresh water and the flower food sachet to a suitable vessel, following instructions provided on the packet. Cut the stems on the diagonal 2cm from the bottom and place into the prepared water. Place your arrangement in a position away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning or heating to ensure you get the longest lifespan out of your blooms. Replace the water in the vase every two days.

Can I request specific flowers in a bunch?

We will always do our best to accommodate special requests so please feel free to include this in the notes at checkout or get in touch with us.
