These terms apply when you use mainstblooms.shop, run by Main St Blooms, 276 Main North Road, Clare SA 5453.

Orders and pricing Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. We try to keep stock levels and prices accurate, but occasionally an item sells out or a price needs correcting after you've ordered, if that happens, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your card details.

Delivery and pickup See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, costs and timing, and our pickup instructions for collecting in store.

Returns and refunds See our Refund Policy for how we handle returns, refunds and problems with your order.

Product care Fresh flowers and plants are living products and will vary slightly from photos shown online. We can't guarantee vase life, as this depends on care after delivery.

Liquor We don't hold a liquor licence. Alcohol can only be included in an order delivered (not picked up) alongside non-alcoholic items of the same or greater value.

Website content All text, photos and designs on this site belong to Main St Blooms unless stated otherwise, and shouldn't be used without our permission.

Liability To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
