Delivery policy

We post gifts and homewares Australia-wide from our shop at 276 Main North Road, Clare SA 5453, and deliver flowers and plants locally around Clare and the surrounding valleys.

Fresh flowers, plants and planters can't be posted, these are pickup or local delivery only.

Local delivery

Same-day delivery: order by 11am, weekdays only, excluding public holidays. Covers Clare, Armagh, Stanley Flat and surrounds, plus Blyth, Spalding, Brinkworth, Koolunga, Yacka, Sevenhill, Penwortham, Watervale, Leasingham, Auburn, Saddleworth, Riverton and Rhynie.

Next-day delivery: order by 11am the day before, delivered Tuesday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Covers Burra, Farrell Flat, Mintaro and Manoora.

Delivery fees: $15 within 5km of the shop, $30 from 5km to 40km, by courier. Fees can vary by town, so call us on 08 8856 5977 if you're not sure, or if you're outside these areas altogether. Courier deliveries aren't guaranteed for a set time, but usually arrive before 5.30pm on the date you choose.

Australia-wide shipping Posted items go by Australia Post. Postage is $17 for orders under $50, $22 for orders from $50 to $149.99, and free for orders of $150 or more. Ceramics, glassware, candles in glass or ceramic vessels, and wine and spirits need extra packing and a sturdy box, so they have a flat $25 postage charge, added separately at checkout. We can't send alcohol to the Northern Territory.

End of year cut-off Our last posting date for the year is Wednesday 16 December, so your order arrives before the break. Orders placed after this date may not get there in time.
