The Pickle Monster was born from a collaboration with Tuckers Sandwiches—one of Melbourne’s best spots for coffee and a sanga, located in Werribee.

A spicy pickle sauce, originally designed for sandwiches, it’s since found its way into all kinds of dishes.

It's great on eggs, with grilled meats, and—thanks to a brilliant customer suggestion—poured through a bag of potato chips (especially Chappy’s Dill Pickle Chips).
